Since I wanted to eat udon, today I went to the self-service udon shop Taikotei. The interior is still new and neat. There are table seating and tatami seating areas. I ordered Kamaage (large) for 570 yen, Kitsune udon (regular) for 560 yen, Vegetable Kakiage for 190 yen, Large Conger Eel Tempura for 290 yen, Eggplant Tempura for 160 yen, Sweet Potato Tempura for 160 yen, and Inari for 120 yen. I ordered all the tempura freshly fried. They brought it piping hot right to our table. The udon noodles, both in the kamaage and kitsune udon, looked and felt the same. The noodles are slightly chewy. You can enjoy a variety of items such as oden, side dishes, single-item dishes, and even alcoholic drinks. It is reasonably priced, you can eat a variety of things, and it is quite delicious!

There were many customers with families, the atmosphere of the shop was friendly, the staff's service was good, and compared to other udon shops around here, the cost performance was great. This time, even though it was an udon shop, I ordered Chinese soba and it was delicious. I would definitely love to visit again.

I went to eat in a wheelchair. This place is not barrier-free, but the staff are very kind. The area in front of the toilet is very spacious and since I can transfer, the toilet was also fine. It would be nice if the menu had a few more options. The motsu nabe was cheap and even the finishing noodles were delicious.
