On our walk from Tokyo to Cape Sata, we stumbled upon this cozy cafe where the food was not only delicious but the owners and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. When I mentioned that I liked Japanese pickled plum, the owner generously offered me some along with candies made with pickled plum. Experiencing this level of kindness truly make the trip unforgettable.

Thinking of having lunch at a coffee shop for a change, I explored around Al Plaza Ibaraki and found a cozy coffee shop, so I dropped by 😊 I had the daily lunch special, and it was a reasonable 1000 yen including a main dish, a set of 3 small bowls, salad, and miso soup ☝️ The food seemed to be homemade, and the seasoning was good and delicious 👍 It has a homely feel and is relaxing ❣️ Revisit, definitely 🎯 Thank you for the meal 😋

Used for lunch. Located in the shopping district behind Heiwado. There are several types of daily lunch specials, and you choose what you like. The food feels home-style with plenty of vegetables, which is nice. Rice refills are also available. Also, although it has the appearance of a coffee shop, alcohol is served and there seem to be snacks, so the shop's stance is a bit unclear. Since I went on a Saturday, someone was drinking next to me, making for a delicate comfort level, so it might be better to use it on weekdays. If there were set prices for coffee and such, it would be easier to use. Cost performance is delicate so maybe no repeat? Also, PayPay was available, but the lunch content was good, so personally a bit disappointing.
