The staff are lively, and being in front of the station, it seems to get plenty of customers. I think the prices are on the cheaper side compared with supermarkets and convenience stores. Maybe they use the same sauce for the takoyaki, okonomiyaki, and yakisoba, because they all taste the same, so if you buy various things and eat them together, you might get tired of the flavor.
View on GoogleShops like this always ask when you order whether you want mayonnaise, aonori, and bonito flakes. I said I only didn't want aonori, and he even repeated it back, yet it still had aonori on it. I don't know if he was the manager, but he was a man of a certain age and fairly large build. Since it's under the elevated tracks, his voice was hard to hear, and I felt like, is he slightly irritated? My first impression that maybe I should have chosen another shop wasn't wrong. It was handed over with the lid closed, so naturally you only find out after getting home, opening the lid, and getting ready to eat. Such a nuisance. I can't eat it. Going all the way back to the shop just for this is a hassle. Calling is a hassle too. I scraped off the top and grilled it again. By the way, my friend who ate the scraped-off part said the pork in the butatama was crispy but bone-dry, and the taste was ordinary. If only he'd at least been lively or friendly. The aonori issue set me off. I'm angry, so I've poured out my feelings here. I won't go again.
View on GoogleThe branch in front of Sojiji Station has an eat-in area inside. Items that have gone cold are also sold as outlet products for 300円. Reheat them in the microwave, and they're delicious! The outlet products are good value, so I recommend them.
View on GoogleI go occasionally, but every time there are lots of takoyaki with no octopus in them—please stop skimping. The male and female staff are unfriendly and overbearing too. The male manager is arrogant, and the female staff member is also arrogant, with a condescending look. They've made me feel bad many times, so I won't go anymore.
View on GoogleWhen the tall manager? was there before, I was very satisfied with whatever I ordered, but over roughly the past 1 year, I've been bothered by how the amount of sauce depends on the staff member and how the takoyaki sometimes isn't very crisp. It's easy to pop in and buy something, so I go about once a week!
