The roast beef was really bland but the magharita and marinara pizza was just okay. The carbonara was the only good thing on the menu. However seemed like they forgot about our order. For the price it was a little not pleasant

We waited for over an hour for appetizers that never came. The table next to us came 15 minutes after us, and they got their bottle of champagne AND meals all before my wife even got her glass of wine. That is UNACCEPTABLE at any restaurant! This was supposed to be a nice Mother's Day dinner at one of our favorite places but we left when the staff said they don't know when our food will come. My wife is a type-1 diabetic and we specifically ordered appetizers because of her blood sugar. My mother-in-law tried to be nice, but after 2 times of asking when some food might come, she had to speak to the manager. I did not appreciate the "すみません" tone of voice from the manager, but I understand that is a cultural response. The manager allowed us to leave without paying for anything (just as our first COLD appetizer was delivered). My wife was disapponted, and my mother-in-law is currently relieving her stress with her friend on the phone. The staff ruined my wife's first Mother's Day, and I don't think we will return. It's sad because we go there almost every week for lunch. If any manager reads this, I would appreciate an apology to the two most important women in my life! OLD REVIEW: We come here a lot for lunch because it is great for young kids and I like pizza. Today there was an all-female staff and it was amazing to see! The pizza is so close to being great. Maybe the crust is too thick? Or not cooked enough? But I eat it every time! My wife loves their pasta and it is very もちもち and I see it is made fresh.
View on GooglePasta had a weird chewy taste... not soft like it was overcooked, but more like it was reheated/recooked. Tomato-based sauces were a little sharp tasting - needed a tiny bit of sugar to take that taste away and balance it properly... which is something a chef should do/know about (this includes the tomato on the pizza too). Seemed to be a little short staffed. Servers were polite though. We arrived [4 people] towards the end of the lunch service so it was starting to get quiet. Even so, getting the attention of a server wasn't always the easiest. The set meal for 3 people looks like it comes with lots of food - but all the portions are tiny. Expensive for what you get and the quality. We also got a separate 1 person course because that person in our group was a smaller eater. However, their pasta was forgotten about and we had to ask/remind them. As it was pasta, it came pretty quickly [with lots of apologies]. The only thing that was great and I enjoyed from the meal was the panna cotta dessert. Japanese chefs tend to use too much gelatin in these types of desserts but this was perfect - pudding texture, smooth and delicious vanilla taste with a runny caramel type sauce (which thankfully didn't taste tooooooo burnt!). This dessert is only available on their set course menu options. It is pretty much the only reason they're getting 2 stars instead of 1.
