Just past noon on a Friday, on my way to Hankyu Ibaraki-shi Station, I was lured by the banners saying "Soba Shop" and "Stone-milled" and visited. Among the abundant set menu options like the daily set (today's katsutoji 950 yen) and zaru soba set (900 yen), I had the Aimori tempura soba (a set with zaru udon, though it's a rather strange naming...).. The soba dipping sauce was Kansai-style (so to speak?), a slightly sweet taste, and the soba noodles felt modest in both firmness and aroma. The zaru udon, though thin noodles and chewy, didn't loosen up, which was somewhat disappointing. The tempura consisted of shrimp, nori seaweed, eggplant, and pumpkin, and the tempura dipping sauce was average, pretty much normal. However, including the other set menus, the cost performance is good. With plenty of soba-snack menus and attractive drinks, it seems to call for a return visit at night.

Dropped by relying on Google ratings. I don't understand why it's crowded. Neither the service nor the soba was to my liking. Parade of queue-jumping while waiting to enter, and abandonment play after being seated. Even after sitting down, some customers left because neither the hot towel nor order-taking came.

Had the tempura set meal. Happy with lots of side dishes. It was delicious. This time too, since it got warmer, Had the tempura set meal (cold soba). The cold soba had a good wasabi punch and was delicious. There was also bamboo shoot tempura, so I had that too. This time it was just too hot, cold soba was the only choice. Cold soba and warm tempura are delicious.

This restaurant is located deep inside the Ibaraki Aeon Style building. The curry udon and kamaage udon were delicious. The onigiri in the set meal was fluffy and very tasty 💕 When the onigiri is good, it makes you want to come back again 😊 Since the shop is located behind the intersection, there is no parking lot, but there is a partnered parking lot nearby, so please check with the staff. However, please note that unless you explicitly tell them you parked in the partnered lot, some staff members might not ask.
