I visited a chicken broth ramen restaurant in Ibaraki, Osaka, and tried their signature dish. The broth was rich and flavorful, while the noodles were perfectly al dente. It was a truly delicious experience! 😋
View on GoogleAmazing chicken soup Raman, like both white chicken soup and salty chicken Raman👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
View on GoogleI was in Ibaraki City, and this old guy who isn't from a well-to-do family stopped by 『イイトコノトリ』 along Route 171 (о´∀`о) As the name suggests, the menu is chicken-based, and I ordered the “tori mazesoba” I hadn't tried before ♫ In the stylish, clean interior, while enjoying the air conditioning, my bowl arrived with an unusual “arai dashi” ( ´∀`) First, wanting to enjoy the richness as it was, I mixed it thoroughly and dug in ♡ The noodles coated nicely with egg yolk were certainly rich and indulgent, with plenty of chicken skin, a personal favorite, letting me enjoy its jiggly texture too ( ´∀`) Dipping it into the arai dashi with its gently wafting acidity made it refreshing and easy to slurp, and the lemon added a refreshing accent. Delicious! There's parking, even an additional temporary parking area, making this a wonderfully convenient place (*´ω`*)
View on GoogleI visited at lunchtime on a weekday. It was quiet, parking was easy, and I went straight in. They have white, black, and red ramen, and I chose the most classic, white. My friend chose black (charred garlic), so I tried a spoonful of the soup, but I felt I'd recommend white more. The soup might lack some richness. If you like it light but slightly thick, do try it. I prefer something a little richer, so I'll give it 3 stars. The staff left a good impression. There is parking, though not many spaces. There were both tables and a counter.
View on GoogleI visited at lunchtime on a weekday. It was my second visit. There were more side dishes than before. On my first visit, they'd just opened, it was clean, and there was no smell at all, but this time the grease trap smell was awful… I ordered mazesoba, chicken tataki, and beer. The beer was lukewarm, and the tataki was dry. The mazesoba was reasonably delicious, but that grease trap smell was so awful that I don't think I'll return.
