Seems it used to be Misawa, and when I used to work in Ibaraki before I think that was true, but unvisited. Not on the street, tucked away slightly inside alongside a pachinko parlor so it's unnoticeable. The taste is what you call mata-oma (typical mainstream), which in a sense is reassuring
View on GoogleThe mazesoba was delicious. The bamboo shoots were also a bit different from what you usually see and felt delicious. Putting egg white together with the oimeshi (remaining rice) also had a sense of unity in flavor and was delicious. The path leading to the shop entrance is also a path leading to the pachinko parlor's entrance, and since a large crowd of people hang around smoking, I hesitated, wondering if it was an alley you aren't supposed to enter at first glance. By the way, if using electronic money, you tell the staff, scan the QR code, and input the price of the item to order, so at first I didn't know what to do and it was difficult.
View on GoogleI was looking for a place to eat around JR Ibaraki Station. I found the shop sign and went to check it out ♪ It's a tsukemen shop. I was able to taste light and delicious tsukemen. A shop I'd want to drop by if I go near there again.
View on GoogleA tsukemen shop located a few minutes walk from Ibaraki Station, past a narrow alley next to a pachinko parlor. I visited for the first time this time. Anyway, since it's my first time, I ordered the basic Tsukemen 200 grams, warm style (atsumori). I suppose time until served was about 10 minutes or so. Reading reviews, it was apparently a lineage of former Misawa-san, but I wonder about that. Soup is a type of soup rather like shops currently developing chains, thick but with a peculiar quirk of a dipping sauce. Noodles are extra-thick noodles of the common type. However, after eating 2 or 3 bites, lukewarm.. . The inside of the noodles soaked in the dipping sauce was lukewarm and extremely gross. Just as I thought "huh?", even though I ordered warm style (atsumori), it seems to have been served cold style (hiyamori). Well, even though tsukemen is basically cold style, since the soup gets cold and tastes bad, I basically order warm style. When I told the store girl about it, she said "Please look forward to next time!" Wait, why did she think I'd come next time?? Anyway, since what the customer ordered wasn't properly served, regardless of the evaluation of the original taste, I reluctantly give the lowest rating.
View on GoogleA popular tsukemen shop located at JR Ibaraki Station. The location is hard to understand, but the interior is spacious and you can relax. I ordered the #1 popular tsukemen, and the noodles were chewy and delicious. At the end, you can pour extra soup into the tsukemen sauce and drink it; this soup was also delicious.
