I used to live nearby and the Paiten they serve is just one of the best ramen I have eaten.

Have salt ramen with boiled egg. That's all I want to tell.

Went to "Ibaraki Kinsei", located just a few minutes walk from Hankyu Ibaraki-shi Station 🍜 Wondering what to eat, this time I went with the classic "Rich Tori Paitan". A high-viscosity, muddy-style soup densely packed with the umami of chicken. Yes, exactly the kind I like!!!! 😂🍜 A creamy soup packed tightly with chicken umami; it has a solid richness without being too heavy, making it easy to eat right to the end. Added some garlic halfway through. Yes, absolute perfection!!!! 🧄✨ There's no way garlic wouldn't match rich toripaitan (lol) Extremely delicious, I want to eat this again 🤤 By the way, the "Kiwami Shoyu" my friend was eating also seemed quite delicious, and they finished the entire bowl without leaving a single drop of soup 😂 Next time I'll try the "Kiwami Shoyu" myself. If you love rich toripaitan, I want you to try this at least once 🍜✨ *Minus 1 because the restroom was dirty

Miso Ramen" A solid, concentrated miso soup covering the surface of the bowl. From the very first sip, the strong richness comes through clearly. Even though it's a rich style, the outline of the miso doesn't get blurred. The soup has depth and clings firmly to the noodles. The flavor doesn't dilute until the end, making it a bowl where satisfaction increases the more you eat. You understand why people say "The miso is thick, yet not too heavy." The type that hits the spot on a cold day or when you want a punchy bowl of ramen. "Ibaraki Kinsei" A branch of the popular ramen restaurant with its main store in Takatsuki City. Starting with miso, it's characterized by making solid dashi and deep-bodied soup. The miso ramen has exceptionally high support, maintaining steady popularity among those seeking rich styles. Easy to drop by near the station, with continuous visits both day and night. The reason for its support is the stability unique to a chain branch and the straightforwardness of the rich line. If you're a miso lover, this is a bowl you want to try at least once. ◼️ What I ordered ☑︎ Miso Ramen ■ \Recommended for people who/ ✔︎ Are looking for rich miso in Ibaraki ✔︎ Like punchy ramen ■ \If you go next time/ ✔︎ Compare tastes with the main store's menu _____________________ ◼️ Store Information 📍 Store Name: Ibaraki Kinsei / 4-22 Betsuincho, Ibaraki City, Osaka 🕙 Business Hours: 11:30–14:30 / 18:00–22:00 🗓️ Regular Holiday: Monday 👶 Kids: Allowed 🚙 Parking: None ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄

Came to "Kinsei". They also have one in Takatsuki, but this time I visited the shop in front of Ibaraki-shi Station. I had the set of rich toripaitan and half-fried rice. True to the name "rich", the soup felt muddy and sludge-like; personally, I don't really like muddy soups, but the taste and aroma were solid and delicious. The fried rice was light and mild in flavor, striking a good balance since the ramen was so rich. The part-time worker? who served us was also extremely friendly, and I was able to enjoy my meal with a good feeling. Thanks for the meal.
