I think this is probably the most delicious "takoyaki" in Kansai. The octopus is also large. The batter has a sense of balance. And a reasonable fair price! This is true takoyaki. Lately, I only see "flour balls & sauce with octopus inside". Octopus is small. This isn't takoyaki where octopus is the protagonist! Even if you ask people in Osaka Prefecture, "Where is a delicious takoyaki shop?", no one has a clear answer despite it being an Osaka specialty. Even in major chains, it's delicious but expensive. And even though it's takoyaki, the octopus is small. The reason is there are no takoyaki shops where the octopus is properly the protagonist. Just flour ball sauce with a tiny bit of octopus fragment. Look for it seriously. You'll notice that takoyaki shops where the octopus is properly the protagonist like this place are disappearing before you know it. Osaka, get a grip. I want you to put out "Octopus" yaki shops. It was so delicious I used to buy it often during my student days. The size and price are also attractive, and I love this simple feel. I definitely go buy it whenever I go to Kansai.
