Very good food in a lively setting that can accommodate large groups.
View on GoogleCame for lunch. It's from 11 to 14. Since I entered past 13:00, finishing was just barely in time. Payment is also compatible with cards. Ordered the Sashimi set 1,500 yen. Sashimi is 2 slices each of big tai, hamachi, and salmon. Fresh and delicious. Side dish was furofuki daikon with white miso sauce, with rapeseed blossoms. Big daikon cooked soft, melted in the mouth with delicious taste. Sweetish white miso played a happy harmony. Fluffy dashi rolled omelet set, 1,500 yen, dashi rolled omelet made by rolling multiple layers. Egg main dish unique to Kansai. Lots of dashi rolled omelets gave fluffy satisfaction. Inside is smallish. There are 3 pairs of 2-seat tables on a slightly large table. If you remove the handmade partition, up to 6 people can sit together. Also, the tatami room feels like about 10 people can sit, and can be used for banquets. Today was an easy and profitable set for lunch, but kaiseki is also recommended. Reservation is required, but judging from the content, you can eat profitably and deliciously.
View on GoogleHanase Japanese restaurant in Ibaraki♪ Since lunch is popular by reservation only, I splurged and reserved the Hanase special "Daytime Kaiseki" course ①. -------------------------------------------- Hanase special "Daytime Kaiseki" course ① Sakizuke · Hassun · Sashimi · Takiawase Fried dish · Rice · Dessert · Drink -------------------------------------------- When I sat down at 11:30 reservation, Hassun was already prepared (゚∀゚)BRAVO!!!! If it's not a reservation right after opening, it's definitely impossible due to being busy Hūfū (´ε` )♪ There are 15 items, beautifully arranged with a good balance of vegetables, wild greens, seafood. A moment of bliss as each bite tastes different. I am genuinely so happy to have this much ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ Seated and the starter uni egg tofu also arrived. The umami and aroma of sea urchin came through firmly, and the smooth texture of tofu is irresistible! The refreshing accent of leaf pepper tightens it up. This was the best ( ゚Д゚)DELICIOUS-I-I-I!!! And then next is sashimi. Yokowa, yellowtail, flounder, salmon. Overall aged with moderate texture and soft. Properly processed without any fishy smell, feel the umami and aroma firmly ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ I really liked the crisp texture of yokowa ♪ Takiawase is a small bowl of vegetables like pork kakuni, taro, carrot, daikon, eggplant. White miso on daikon matches vegetables well. Kakuni fat is sweet and vegetables soak up dashi well. Especially eggplant overflowing dashi in mouth ( ゚Д゚)JU-U-U-I-SH!!!! It was the best ( ゚д゚)COOOOO-L-L-L!!!! Fried items were conger eel, wild greens, eggplant, and lotus root. Came with rice, clear soup, and pickles. Honestly stomach felt good around here, rice volume was just right. Conger eel was well processed, no bones felt at all and meat was fluffy. Daikon pickles are sour and tightening. Clear soup is gentle with seafood dashi. Finally coffee and matcha ice cream, full♪ Course with hassun for 4000 yen Super satisfying and too cheap (゚∀゚)BRAVO!!!! Restaurant Hanase! No mistake!!! Items of hassun are as follows [Probably looks like below] ・Scallop ・Boiled konjac ・Boiled butterbur ・Snap pea ・Pumpkin salad ・Rolled omelet ・Tuna tsukudani ・Kombu wrapped sushi ・Ume from plum wine ・Saikyo grilled salmon ・Simmered sardine ・Sweet potato paste ・Shrimp ・Kombu roll ・Simmered wild greens with sansho
View on GoogleVisited after a long time. This time, I enjoyed the daytime kaiseki deliciously. I enjoyed not only the deliciousness of the food, but also the appearance and tableware ♪ The contents were sakizuke, hassun, sashimi, takiawase, fried dishes (tempura), ochazuke, and dessert and drinks after the meal.
View on GoogleSince it's local but I haven't visited, I visited at noon! Saw it on TV and wanted to try the dashimaki and gibier 😃 Ordered the daytime Shokado bento, dashimaki, and deer cutlet! Shokado bento was very luxurious with a beautiful look and various ingredients 🎵 Dashimaki had 8 pieces even as a half size, plenty for 2! Deer cutlet was tender and light with a very elegant and delicious taste! Even though it was run by one person, the customer service was polite and it was great that they answered questions about gibier 😉 Next time I'd like to go eat botan nabe at night 🎵
