Apparently, this is a restaurant from Kochi. I tried the Miso Tonkatsu Ramen (850 yen), which the menu described as 'Kochi's soul food.' It comes topped with three bite-sized cutlets. The noodles are thin and don't stand out on their own, giving the impression of complementing the soup. The half-boiled egg is just a normal half-boiled egg. The bite-sized cutlets might be a bit heavy on oil for a middle-aged stomach. The miso soup is rather light, and I'd like more richness. Overall, my review turned out a bit harsh, but maybe it's just the difference in taste preferences between Osaka and Kochi. The variety of ramen is quite rich, though.

It just opened. I tried eating here, but the staff are mostly young people who aren't used to it yet. The layout inside the shop is a bit hard to navigate, so customer service is slow. The taste of the ramen is average. Plus, the ramen selection is small.

I had the 'Kiwami.' It's a gentle, clear soup, but the dashi broth is so robustly flavored that I ended up drinking it all the way to the end. You can faintly taste truffle salt in the aftertaste. I liked the thin noodles, and the commitment to serving the toppings separately at first made sense for this soup. It's just a pity that they don't have fried rice.

My spouse and I visited twice: right after the grand opening and four months later. Actually, we went with expectations that things might have improved. Perhaps because it was just before noon, the place was empty, but we were assigned counter seats. We ordered the 'Paitan' and 'Kiwami,' and after waiting 20 minutes, what finally came out was lukewarm ramen for both dishes. It was just like our first visit. There were two people in the kitchen. They probably don't pre-warm the bowls. Taste is a matter of preference, but my 'Kiwami' tasted like ordinary 'salt' ramen. The service from the part-time-looking staff was also subpar. They shouted 'Thank you very much!' as if yelling at us. I wish they would learn more basic customer service. I will never come here again.

The quality of the staff is low. The ramen takes forever to come out. The tables are not wiped. The taste is average.
