I had the cold soba with tempura and grated daikon radish (the name escapes me). 950 yen including tax. The tempura was freshly fried and delicious. Non-smoking and smoking seats are separated, and the air conditioning works well. Since there are various menus, I think there is definitely something you'd want to eat. It's located next to the food court on the first floor of Al Plaza Ibaraki.

Something piping hot is the best treat, but the taste is ordinary. Still, I don't think it's cheap. I think it's expensive to exceed 1000 yen including tax for this content. It fills your stomach. I was glad they came over many times to pour tea. I ate chikuwa and imitation crab tempura for the first time. What is it like as a tempura ingredient? It's quite cheap ingredients.
