I ate here once and will never do it again. The double pork burger abomination I ordered was sloppy, greasy, and frankly barely edible. I had to wash what I ate down with Ginger Ale to get the taste of oil and grease out of my mouth. Disgusting food. Its saving grace is that it has a public restroom on the second floor.

Typical lotteria fast food chain restaurant. It was really dirty where i sat. My clothes got dirty because of leaning wooden backrest.

Good and quick food, but the small sizes are not worth the price

First time trying ゼッテリア. I ordered the shrimp burger set with a side and a drink, and everything was very delicious and really satisfying. The shrimp burger especially, with its crispy coating and plump shrimp inside, and a good balance with the sauce, left an impression♡ Also, the staff's service was very polite, and they served me with a smile, which really stood out. The inside was clean too, an environment where I could eat with peace of mind♡ I felt it's a place that satisfies in both taste and service, so I'll definitely be back✨️
