Store Features: 5 minutes walk from Keihan Electric Railway "Hirakata-shi" Station. Located on the 1st basement floor of the station-front shopping mall "Biolne". Celebrating its 25th year in business. Kake udon is priced very reasonably starting from 390 yen (tax included), so everyone from students to the elderly can feel free to enjoy it. Since it's a counter-only restaurant, it's a place where even a single person can drop in for a quick bite on the way back from shopping. In fact, our most common customer demographic is single women visiting alone. Anyone can feel free to visit without putting on airs. Product Features: Spicy cod roe (karashi mentaiko) ordered directly from Hakata, the home of mentaiko. To enjoy it mixed with udon, as much salt content as possible...

Udon and soba shop located on the B1F of the shopping mall "Hirakata Biolne", about a 2-minute walk from Keihan Hirakata-shi Station. Dropped by during weekday lunchtime. Just an hour ago I had eaten curry udon at an udon shop close to JR Takatsuki Station, but I wasn't satisfied with the portion, so when I searched for udon shops around Hirakata-shi Station where I was heading next, this highly rated place popped up. The menu is super extensive. Among them, I ordered the seemingly unusual cold eel and tororo udon for 1100 yen. The restaurant itself is a standing-style udon shop with chairs, but the noodles have a firm chew and the dashi is quite good. I am satisfied with being able to fully enjoy the eel and tororo (grated yam). It's also wonderful that there is an abundance of flavor-changing items such as tenkasu (tempura scraps), sansho pepper, sweet sauce, etc. Hirakata Biolne itself is a somewhat lifeless shopping mall, but the customer turnout at this shop was extremely good and there was a queue, but because the turnover is fast, the wait time wasn't that long. With this quality, no wonder it's a popular shop, which I understood.

大阪のうどん、安くて美味しいです。 大阪らしい出汁で、旨みがしっかり効いています。 麺は想像以上にコシがしっかりしていて食べ応え抜群でした。 回転が早いので待ち時間はそれほど気になりません。

I had the specialty curry udon at Tanaka-ya, located inside the shopping facility Hirakata Biolne in Hirakata City. First, the moment it was brought out, the savory aroma of curry and the gentle aroma of Japanese-style dashi spread softly, instantly stimulating my appetite. Taking a sip of the soup, I could feel the deep-seated umami of the Japanese-style dashi firmly within the moderate richness of the spices. It's a well-balanced soup where you can firmly feel the flavor of the dashi while having the richness of the curry. The noodles are udon with a smooth throat feel, and they pair exceptionally well with the soup. Every time you bring it to your mouth, the richness of the curry and the umami of the dashi spread, making it deliciously impossible to stop your chopsticks. The soup didn't have too strong a spice stimulus, making it a gentle taste that makes you want to drink it all to the end. It's also perfect for lunch between shopping, and it's a happy point that you can easily enjoy delicious udon. For those who want to taste curry udon where the umami of Japanese-style dashi is solidly effective, this is a bowl I definitely want you to try at least once. #OsakaGourmet #HirakataGourmet #Udon #CurryUdon #Lunch #GourmetTour

Had the Mentaiki Kamatama!! It really contains a whole pieceー!! 680 yen is cheap!! I additionally ordered a white onigiri. The udon had a nice chew, and the dashi wasn't too strong, which I liked. At the end, I put the rice in and finished it perfectly. It was delicious. There are many other attractive menus, so I will visit again when I come to Hirakata.
