A sushi restaurant I've loved ever since I moved here 20 years ago. I hadn't been able to visit for years, but I was happy they remembered me. This time I communicated my budget (5000 yen) and had them make various things omakase. Every dish is beautiful and delicious! They put the sweet shrimp heads from the sashimi into the sake-steamed littleneck clams, and made a rice dish with the remaining broth from that sake-steamed clams, making me feel that they valued the ingredients without wasting any. I want to go again!
