Delicious soba. It's a popular place so there might be a wait during lunch time and since the soba noodles are handmade fresh, reservations are needed for evenings.

A wonderful shop where you can enjoy authentic handmade soba at a reasonable price in a calm, traditional folk house-style space ✨ This time we ordered: ・Morisoba (large portion) ・Tsuketororo soba Morisoba large portion is 1100 yen, tsuketororo soba is 950 yen (tax included), total 2050 yen 👏 When you sit down, soba tea and puffed rice snacks are served first. This puffed rice snack has a simple sweetness that is extremely delicious…! Outside the window spreads a beautiful garden, and a leisurely time passes 🌿 The soba is boiled after ordering, and the origin is said to differ depending on the day. This time we had soba from Toyama Prefecture. Soba is elegant, fragrant, and pairs exceptionally well with the tsuyu sauce. The grated yam is freshly grated with good flavor, and the wasabi has a slight sweetness which was delicious ✨ By the time we finished eating, sobayu was served at an exquisite timing, making us fully satisfied till the end. Parking is 1 space in front of the store and a few spaces a little further away, both free 🚗 At night they also do hot pot courses by reservation only! A shop that soba lovers should definitely visit once ☺️

I thought it was a hidden gem of a great soba restaurant. Ordered duck dipping soba and warm kitsune soba. Elegant duck dipping soba arrived, first tasted with just salt. It's Juwari soba so the soba flavor is very good. (Salt, shichimi, and sansho can be provided if you tell the staff) The warm dipping broth has a rich duck umami that matches the soba, this is very delicious! Warm kitsune soba had a well-infused broth and was delicious as well. The finishing sobayu is piping hot and thick, with a deep flavor. Authentic Juwari soba, but the price is reasonable. The shop is clean and has a stylish atmosphere. The location is a bit hard to find, parking is 1 space in front of the shop and a little further away.

Visited around 13:00 on Sunday. The shop's location is hard to understand and I hesitated about where the entrance was, the parking lot is nearby but narrow. There were a few customers and we got in smoothly without waiting. Even after entering, I wasn't noticed so I called out. Ordered morisoba, warm duck soba, and tamagoyaki. I was looking forward to it as it's Juwari soba, but unfortunately, the noodles themselves were short so it wasn't the kind of soba you can slurp.. Soup splatters everywhere haha Sobayu was delicious! Tamagoyaki also looked very beautiful. However, the taste was just so-so. The staff were all friendly and pleasant! The price is also reasonable so I'd recommend it for locals.
