たかばしラーメンTakabashi Ramen - Hirakata
Kyoto Ramen Takabashi prides itself on its clear (chintan) soup cooked every morning with high heat. A feature is the chintan soup taken at the exact moment when only the umami comes out before it turns cloudy, combining dashi made only from domestic pork bones with raw soy sauce brewed at a long-established store in Fushimi, Kyoto. This soup, before any fishiness emerges, is refreshing yet has the deep richness of pork bones, and is exquisitely in harmony with the raw soy sauce from the long-established store in Fushimi, Kyoto.

View on GoogleI visited on December 5th around 0:20 AM. The location is good near Hirakata Station, and I think it is suitable for attracting customers. But... the temperature of the main ramen was too lukewarm, a disappointing shop even among Takabashi. Don't they check? The fried chicken was delicious. It's not the shop's fault, but the toilet was unusually dirty and couldn't be used, and the next customers were also using the toilet outside. There is a problem on the customer side too. No parking lot. There is a coin parking nearby but it is expensive. 2026.5.1 Midnight visit again. While traveling, this time will be the last order, so I couldn't make it to the Kyoto Minami Inter shop, so I revisited the Hirakata shop. Ordered small ramen x③, fried chicken set ②, gyoza set ①, fried rice ①. Ramen, fried chicken, gyoza no problem, the set rice was the worst. When cooking rice, they must have mistaken the amount of water. Very soft rice came out. I am amazed at the insensitivity that can serve it without caring about anything. Impossible in other Takabashi. Difference between clouds and mud. Headquarters should guide the shop.
View on GoogleNot Takahashi, but Takabashi. A very prominent shop facing the front of the station. Ordered Takabashi ramen and side dish set. The ramen is a nostalgic soy sauce taste of the old days. The side dishes... somehow a feeling of being out of place. After all, fried rice or gyoza suits ramen. If there is a chance, I want to try other ramen. Thank you for the meal!
