This is the place to go for good food! I went in for pick up and ended up talking with the owner in English for the whole time. He is very nice and the staff are just as friendly. The food is out of the world, it was so amazing that I went back for more after finishing my take out at home. Take the time to stop in and enjoy a meal.
View on GoogleThis is a shop I entered for the first time at the end of the year when brought by a friend. Because it was the year-end party season at the end of the year, it was fully booked, but since counter seats were vacant, they showed us there. Afterwards, table seats became vacant and we moved to a table seat. Yakitori is basically in sets of 3 skewers, so it was just right for the three of us who visited. When we thought "We've eaten and drunk quite a lot!", it was time to pay. Cost performance that makes you think "Eh?!" (about less than 2,500 yen/person). You can smoke, there is a parking lot, and all the staff have a good vibe. If I had to find a fault, it was too noisy (can't be helped as it was crowded with year-end party season). It was a yakitori restaurant that I would like to visit again if I have the chance.
View on GoogleI came with a reservation for 2 people. The prices had been raised, but I think it's natural in this day and age, and while some people are complaining about the products, I personally thought it was reasonable for this price range. The taste was also so-so, neither good nor bad. However, upon arrival there were 4 staff members including the manager, and setting aside the boy in charge of the grill, the two girls doing customer service, especially a somewhat flashy-looking girl, had no friendliness, kept messing with their phones, and what pissed me off the most was that they were noisier than the customers. Moreover, they smoke while working in the kitchen. Playing with phones, smoking, laughing out loud with super loud voices, yet the ordered items don't arrive easily, and because their attitude in the kitchen is like that all the time, when ordering I had to get up from my seat myself to go order. I think this is also caused by playing music at a super loud volume inside the shop so that even if you call out "Excuse me!" it's not heard at all. This is the result brought about by the manager's lack of supervision, aside from the poorly performing female staff. It's way too free. It's the first time in various izakayas I've visited that I saw a part-time worker taking the counter chairs used by customers to the back to sit, drink beverages, smoke, provide unfriendly service, and say "Bye-bye" to the manager on the way out. While there have been times when I thought "The customers are noisy and the staff doesn't warn them, so I can't drink quietly, let's change shops", it's also the first time I thought "The staff is noisy and there are hygiene issues, let's change shops". Settling the payment with card, it was also the first time for a shop not to issue a receipt or slip. Frankly speaking, the kitchen or back yard is messy to a level that could be reported to the health department. As someone wrote, because the partition is only a noren curtain, who is drinking and eating what is clearly visible. The people in the shop and the manager must know, but since the manager is a shop that doesn't mind that and allows part-time workers, I evaluated this shop as one that truly looks down on the customer service business.
View on GoogleI was curious about it but hadn't had the chance to go, and today I finally went with 4 family members. Although it's a yakitori restaurant, the price is cheap at a flat rate of 330 yen for basically all items including side menus. The yakitori definitely has 3 skewers and whatever you eat is really delicious! The sauce is somewhat light, but that also makes it easy to eat and feels nice. The staff were also polite. All family members say they want to go again.
View on GoogleFood and drinks are all 300 yen. Reasonable and friendly shop. White rice is 300 yen (expensive) and fried rice is also 300 yen (cheap), so think carefully before ordering. The fried rice was delicious though.
