The dipping sauce for the soba wasn't to my taste though I'm sure some people would like it.

This is a wonderful little shop quietly nestled in a residential neighborhood ^^ Is the main photo on Google Maps from before? w It looks like a renovated residence The soba is very delicious It's a pity that 100% buckwheat soba seems to only be available on weekends ^^; Not only the soba, but the side dishes are the best! I had seared bonito and salt-grilled duck! It's the best I've ever had ^^ This is a place I'd definitely want to stop by again when I come to the nearby golf course!

[Esaka] The brilliant craftsmanship of a sincere artisan. Savoring the "Zaru Soba Set" in a dignified atmosphere Stepping away a little from the bustling main street of Suita/Esaka, I passed through the noren curtain of "Sobaju" in search of authentic Japanese soba. Inside the restaurant, which feels calmly and traditionally Japanese, the pleasant aroma of dashi drifts through the air, bringing a peaceful time that makes you forget the hustle and bustle of daily life. ^_^ "Zaru Soba Set" that purifies the heart with the aroma of soba for 1,150 yen This time I had the zaru soba set, which allows you to fully enjoy the potential of the soba itself. • The Pinnacle of Soba: The sharp-edged, thin-cut soba should first be slurped without dipping into the tsuyu. The rich, original aroma of soba passing through the nose and the strong firmness chilled with ice water are exceptional. • Secret Tsuyu: A rich-tasting tsuyu where the depth of aged dashi can be firmly felt. If you lightly dip the tip of the soba, the sharp soy sauce flavor and the sweetness of the soba create a perfect harmony in your mouth. ^_^ "Chirashi Sushi" adding color and satisfaction Accompanying the set, the chirashi sushi is a dish that delights the eye with the colorful presentation of shredded egg and red pickled ginger. With an elegant level of vinegar seasoning that doesn't interfere with the delicate flavor of the soba, it provides a gorgeous satisfaction different from seasoned rice. At 1,150 yen for this content, it can truly be called a hidden luxury lunch in Esaka. ^_^ Combined with the calm atmosphere of the restaurant, I spent a luxurious moment leisurely "savoring soba." When you want to calmly enjoy high-quality authentic soba around Esaka, I recommend this place without hesitation. It was a bowl packed with the artisan's dedication that satisfies even the heart. Thank you for the meal! ^_^

We use this place in February for our annual New Year party. It is a restaurant where you can enjoy a meal leisurely in a calm atmosphere. Food and soba are set together, and the volume is quite sufficient despite the low price. Every time I get full and am very carefully satisfied. The carefully made soba has a good aroma, and the tempura and a la carte dishes are consistently delicious. It is a restaurant where you can rely on them with peace of mind even as an organizer. We will continue to use it. 🚶 3 minutes walk from the station 🅿️ Parking lot available

Hirakata City It is said to have been near Tsuda Station before. I knew it had relocated, but I rarely had the chance to go, and it's a soba restaurant I've always wanted to visit someday. This place is structured like a renovated first floor of a regular detached house As soon as you enter, you take off your shoes at the shoe rack and change into slippers To the right of the entrance, there are about 3 counter seats? On the front left is a large wooden table that can seat about 9 people, and in the back left are several horigotatsu (sunken kotatsu) tables. If you don't get in with the first wave group right after opening, the waiting area is outside, so in summer the turnover is slow and it's hard to wait. The food takes a little time to come out. I've tried both hot and cold, but I prefer the cold one! Since the soba is delicious, you can slurp down even a large portion smoothly. The dipping sauce is a little sweet, but it matched the soba. The tempura is also piping hot and crispy 🎵 Also, if you're going to order onigiri, I thought ordering inarizushi is cheaper and tastier than onigiri. Since I've only ever gone on weekdays, I haven't had the 100% buckwheat soba, but I'd like to try it once. I always order tempura, so next time I'd like to try salad soba or duck soba There was also an izakaya menu which I'm sure is delicious Since the shop looks like a detached house, first-timers might drive right past it. Parking is available for about 4 cars across the road in front of the shop, but the spaces are narrow and the very back one seems quite difficult to park in. There is also a parking lot with "Sobaju" written on it near the Yamane road intersection a little further away, but I think it's very hard to find.
