Kushikatsu! The kushikatsu around the city station is small yet heavy/greasy... This place is big! The way the skewers are battered is cool! The oil is fresh so it doesn't sit heavily in your stomach! Like everyone says, the vegetables are super delicious! Their special salt goes really well with them.

The blowfish (fugu) dishes prepared by the owner, who is a native of Yamaguchi Prefecture, are exquisite. You can enjoy local sake from Yamaguchi Prefecture and Hagi ware pottery. Definitely check it out!

It was my first time visiting, but the comfort and service were wonderful. If you're going to eat fugu around this neighborhood, this is the place I recommend.

The price range is high, but it was delicious and the service was good. I want to use it for anniversaries.

On December 14th, three bowling 🎳 friends and I had an end-of-year party at Nishikiya's shop. Even though our reservation was for 18:00, we arrived 30 minutes early! We caused trouble, but ❗ I was grateful they served us warm tea. We had ordered the techiri course. The chef seems to be from Yamaguchi Prefecture. Only two parties were using the tatami room, and it was a horigotatsu (sunken kotatsu) style, so we could sit extremely comfortably. The food was extremely fresh and delicious ‼️ Also, the cute female staff member was extremely attentive, worked briskly, and had a great vibe.
