I visited for my mother's birthday. The taste goes without saying. Consistently delicious. It was also great that I could use coupons on the app.

This is a conveyor belt sushi restaurant that puts effort into a la carte dishes as well as sushi. The sight of chefs cooking in the kitchen surrounded by counter and booth seats is atmospheric and lively. The food served is high quality and matches the price. The eel sushi was overwhelming, but it was a pity that the tuna sashimi was a bit watery and soft. There is only one private room (probably just one), so those with small children can dine with peace of mind. The rest are counter and booth seats.

Not just here, but I used to visit Chojiro quite often for a while. This was my first visit in a while, but first of all, the menu was smaller than before, and even staple sushi toppings like lean tuna tasted just mediocre. The seasonal snow crab was decent, but the true crab was watery for the price. The signature live horse mackerel was delicious, though. The bone crackers after filleting were also good to go with sake, but the overall impression felt a bit overpriced compared to before, which was disappointing.

Dined with my children's family and three grandchildren. Ordered the sushi set meal. The nigiri on the sushi geta served was tilted and the toppings even fell off. Since they tried to put it on the table as is, I warned them [It's tilted, what are you doing?], but not a single word of apology. In the end, they just pulled it back as is. Do they not think anything of it as a customer if they serve it tilted? Just serving it as long as you put it out with a part-time job mentality is a cause for reducing customers. Shouldn't the manager educate the employees more? I am warning you as someone who has used this place many times. The taste has also dropped significantly from the early days. My family says there won't be a next time.

Reasonable and delicious considering it's conveyor belt sushi. It's not big, but there are booth seats so you can eat calmly. For the set choice, I ordered fried globefish, but unfortunately, there were a lot of small bones. Maybe I should have chosen the hearty gratin. The chawanmushi is delicious. As for dessert... the white chocolate might not even need to be put on. It looks cute, but it was hard to eat. The set sushi is decent, but the conger eel ordered separately was sweet, melting, and very delicious.
