Hirakata City A friend's go-to place Got a reservation for 7:00 PM and went with 4 friends for the first time in a while. This makes it my 3rd time. Usually, we ordered the omakase course, but this time we didn't order a course because we wanted to order various things. As everyone says, the seafood at this place is ridiculously delicious. Since I don't drink myself, it's hard to go to an izakaya alone... so drinking parties like this are one of my pleasures. Because izakaya food is delicious, right ~ ❤︎ Counter seats, table seats, 2 tatami half-private horigotatsu seats (the middle partition can be removed depending on the number of people) The 2nd floor is probably for large banquets? So this time ◎ Omakase sashimi platter ◎ Fried burdock root ◎ Yam seaweed wrap (Isobe) ◎ Homemade yakitori ◎ Sardine plum paste fry ◎ Daikon radish salad ◎ Conger eel tempura (probably) ◎ Agedashi tofu ◎ Fried octopus ◎ Sardine satsuma-age ◎ Seafood salad ◎ Smoked mallard duck ◎ Homemade thick fried tofu ◎ Sardine plum paste fry (2nd time) ◎ Kama-yaki of either yellowtail or amberjack ◎ Grilled rice ball What do you know! I was surprised later realizing we ordered 16 items (lol) On top of this, everyone except me was drinking shochu, chuhai, beer, Kubota, etc., so it felt like we ate and drank a huge amount! By the way, I also had 3 soft drinks in beer mugs (lol) Everything was truly delicious, but the recommendations are the sashimi platter, kama-yaki, sardine plum paste fry, seafood salad, and fried burdock root. The salt level on the kama-yaki is just right, making you want to keep picking at it!! It was an extremely fun time with great conversation while eating and drinking. I made a huge blunder by spilling my oolong tea mug right at the start, but they handled it immediately, and both the staff and the manager were extremely kind with god-tier service! Since it wasn't a course this time, there was no nabe (hot pot), but the broth for the nabe here is ridiculously delicious, so we ended up talking about how we definitely want to eat the nabe next time, so we might reserve a course again next time! Prices are up compared to the past due to inflation, but the owner and staff are all nice people and the food is ridiculously delicious. A friend said Kubota was ridiculously delicious and drank 2 cups, saying they got drunk for the first time in a while (lol). Looking forward to next time too 🎵
View on GoogleA seafood izakaya located in Kawaharamachi, about a 5-minute walk from Keihan Hirakata-shi Station, where nightlife businesses stand out. Stopped by with friends on a Saturday night and drank until we were full and plastered. Ate and drank quite a quantity, but the bill was cheap at just over 15,000 yen for 3 people. Smoking allowed inside As a seafood izakaya, seafood sashimi, tempura, and hot pot are the mainstays. Ordered mainly sashimi, tempura, and fried foods, and none of them missed the mark, but especially my friends and I highly praised the "Fried Chicken Skin." It's a dish you often find at izakayas, but this one had light oil and was exceptionally delicious. As for alcohol, large mugs aren't listed on the menu, but they brought them out when asked. Drank mostly large lemon sours and got plastered.
View on GoogleThe fish dishes were outstandingly delicious! We had reserved a table seat for 4 family members, but the restaurant prepared the seating for us. There was plenty of space, and we were able to have a calm meal. It was a cold day, but having floor heating helped. Although it was my first time using this restaurant, the staff's response was good and gave a sense of security. Considering the quality of the ingredients as well as the service, I think the prices are reasonable, so it's a recommended restaurant.

View on GoogleUsed this place when looking for a seafood izakaya near Hirakata-shi Station. Starting with sashimi, the fish dishes were delicious, and I think it's an easy-to-use restaurant when you want to casually enjoy seafood in Hirakata. The inside of the shop was also vibrant, making it perfect for meals and drinking parties with friends. Since it's close to the station, I'd like to visit again when I eat in Hirakata.
