Surprisingly, there was no one queuing when I arrived. It was a weekday evening and I drove from Hirakata shi station to there in 20 min. The staff serving us was polite and friendly and she was amazed to see foreigners there. She introduced the menu and we ordered noodle and soup and also tsukemen. Both were delicious. The duck meat and the soup were really good. Recommend to those who visit Hirakata by car (it was not close to train station).
View on GoogleFood was excellent, duck ramen and duck based food… absolutely stunning! View on GoogleThis is a shop specializing in duck. I had the special tsukemen (large portion 300g). You can choose the duck meat from loin and thigh down to the exact number of slices. The rye noodles had a great chew and flavor, and even setting aside the duck specialty, it deserves high praise. However, regarding the duck flavor and aroma, I felt it would have been better with a bit more duck aroma (or gaminess, to put it negatively). Since it's made to be easily enjoyed by anyone, I would have liked it to be even more distinctive. There are about 8 parking spaces next to the shop. From order to serving, there is a slight wait due to the noodle boiling time. Consequently, the turnover is a bit slow, but since there are flavor-changing condiments on the table and you can eat leisurely, it's better to think of it as that kind of restaurant so you can dine in peace.
View on GoogleAs a duck lover, I often pass by the road in front so I was curious! I went around 1:30 p.m. on a Sunday, the rush had passed and there were 2 groups waiting 😁 I tried the special duck tsukemen (regular) and the limited-edition refreshing shiso & myoga rice bowl (medium)! 和他 sauce around the rim of the tsukemen plate was cassis sauce, and it was exquisite when eaten by dipping the duck into it 😋 The rice bowl paired exceptionally well with myoga and was delicious 😎 The staff's service was great and my stomach was full❗️ My mood was satisfied too ‼️ 2,500 yen for ramen is a bit pricey, but it's worth more than the price so I'm definitely coming back 👍
