View on Google2026.7 Visited around 19:30 on a weekday. The restaurant was bustling, but we barely managed to get a seat. Ordered: ossari Ramen Level 1 Spice ossari Ramen Level 2 Spice Gyoza Fried Rice Shrimp Mayo It was crowded, but dishes were served at a good tempo, which made me happy since I was hungry! Kossari ramen is a unique-tasting ramen with a rich and delicious flavor♩ It is less spicy than it looks. I ate level 1 and didn't feel much spice, so next time I will try level 2. There is also an extra numbness option, so I'd like to try that next time too. Spiciness and numbness each have up to 7 levels. It contained a lot of large-cut vegetables, making it very filling. How to eat ramen is written on the wall, and it was fun to change the flavor by adding table items like tenkasu (tempura scraps), garlic, or lemon juice. It's interesting because adding lemon instantly makes it refreshing! The shrimp mayo has a strong ketchup feel, but it's crispy and the shrimp inside the batter is large and delicious♩ The flavor is strong, so the cabbage bed underneath helped. Lol For those who don't like spicy food, chukasoba, Shanghai ramen, seafood tonkotsu ramen, etc. are also available. There is a kids' menu and children's chairs, catering to families. The staff's service was good, polite, and prompt, which felt great. Everything we ate was delicious, and it's a ramen flavor you can only experience here, so I'd like to come again. Payment is cash only. There are 2 free parking lots. The second parking lot is narrow, so it's hard to park if a few cars are already parked there. The first parking lot across the street might be easier to park in. Thank you for the meal 😊
View on GoogleOnce you try homemade noodles, you can't go back to regular noodles?!" The homemade noodles are thin yet cling to the soup! The rich and creamy Sichuan ramen has sweet vegetables and a soup like tantanmen. It's at a level where you'll drink it all up. Found a customer who went out of their way to come eat from Shiga Prefecture. The fried chicken is also juicy and delicious. Lunch can be made into a delightful value set! Tenkasu at a ramen shop?! This combination is new and addictive (laughs). The regular restroom check was ◎.
View on GoogleHirakata City, Osaka Prefecture. Offers Sichuan ramen with 7 levels of numbness and spiciness to choose from, tonkotsu ramen, fried chicken, sweet and sour pork, etc. Visited with a friend on a weekday in July 2025 at 19:30. The Beatles playing at medium volume inside. Non-smoking all day. ■Orders■ *Excluding tax ◇Sichuan Ramen Kotteri (750 yen) Served about 15 minutes after ordering. +1 Shibi (50 yen) +1 Kara (30 yen) Spicy soup has umami and doesn't just end with spiciness. Thin and easy to drink. However, naturally, sweat doesn't stop. So this is what happens with a +1 addition. Chashu has a 50/50 split of lean meat and fat, matches the soup. Thin noodles thoroughly cling to the soup. ◇Karaage Set (580 yen) 3 pieces of fried chicken. Medium rice Meat well-seasoned, plump and juicy. Crispy batter is fragrant. Total 1410 yen (excluding tax). Cash payment. Past 20:00, the restaurant is about 70% full. Feels like a restaurant favored by men and spicy food lovers. Parking is available both on the store side and across the street. Easy to use by car. Thank you for the meal (*^^^*)
