Great little authentic Japanese restaurant. The menu is very simple, three different meal sets to choose from. They are all udon with a side. I recommend set C that comes with fresh sushi. Very good value and a very pleasant chef.

I found a hidden gem of a sushi restaurant in Hirakata City. A sushi restaurant where you can eat lunch for 1000 yen and still get change in this day and age. Too good value for money and amazing. The alcohol options are also god-tier. They also have a la carte dishes so you can drink during the day. They don't have chicken karaage, but if you order a la carte items and alcohol after ordering the daily lunch set, you can keep the price reasonable♪ Even the sushi is cheap. I'm sorry for giving my personal opinion, but smoking is allowed! Too amazing ‼️ Day drinking with two people must be the best. I'll come back♬

Getting this for 800 yen feels like a great deal in this day and age! Everything you eat is delicious, and the small side dishes are perfect accompaniments to alcohol! The udon noodles are firm and chewy, and the soup is also delicious! Well~ my spirits lifted and I asked for a refill of shochu~ I also ordered the dashimaki (rolled omelet) for 400 yen~ It's quite voluminous, and since they grill it after you order, it's piping hot. The dashimaki, packed with strong dashi flavor, also feels a bit nostalgic. Another dish is the handmade hamburger steak for 380 yen. The hamburger steak, overflowing with meat juices, is topped with cheese and the sauce stir-fried in the pan is nostalgic and delicious.
