I bought the Valentine Blend! A punchy drinking experience! True to its name, I was recommended that it pairs well with chocolate, but it might be better to pair it with sweets that have a rich sweetness like gateau chocolat rather than chocolate itself. And above all, it's cheap! This cheapness is surprising given how meticulously crafted it is. Definitely a repeat, and I'm looking forward to the trial set I ordered online. ✨

A roasting plant located on the 3rd floor of the same building as the Co-op delivery office. There is a sign at the entrance, but you probably wouldn't know about it from the street unless you already knew, so you might never stumble into it by accident (which might actually be nice for a hidden gem). As you climb the stairs, a nice aroma of coffee drifts down. The lineup of beans (or powder) prepared biweekly changes partially, and the roasting days seem fixed, so it's a good idea to check beforehand. I purchase directly at the shop rather than through delivery, but all the staff are kind and friendly. Since it was my first time grinding and drinking coffee beans myself, I asked various questions and they taught me politely. The leaflets in the store also have various things written about coffee, and there are taste charts and price lists for the beans available, so there's the fun of choosing which one to buy next. It seems there are also seasonal blends, which I look forward to in the future. Be sure to purchase directly or online (or through the Co-op? Please check) and savor the delicious coffee.

I love coffee and always buy freshly roasted coffee beans from Mamefuku. Personally, I like East Timor for its deep flavor. You can buy coffee beans at reasonable prices. Thank you as always.

Mamefuku's coffee is delicious in both aroma and taste! Also, I have a constitution where drinking black coffee easily gives me a stomachache, but what I like about Mamefuku's coffee is that I can drink it black, probably because it's fresh ☕️
