Expensive but worth it
View on GoogleIt had a homey atmosphere. It felt a bit small, but I was happy because I could eat many kinds! The chef was also kind and sociable. Asu (eel) was well-grilled, giving a sense of encountering a new taste. Sushi shaped by the chef with over 40 years of experience in this path, I want to go eat it again.
View on GoogleToday I visited for the first time Kō Sushi, which is always fully booked and hard to drop by. Sushi that makes you say 'Delicious!!' from the bottom of your heart, whatever you ate was truly touching. Crispy, juicy, hot unagi eaten while blowing on it, the best uni whose aroma escapes from your nose the moment it enters your mouth, chewy hamachi with a faint hint of yuzu, and bluefin tuna otoro that disappears the moment it enters your mouth. I ordered the 12-piece omakase set, but it was so delicious that I additionally ordered uni, unagi, kuruma prawn, and herring roe. I was planning to take a picture of the sushi, but it looked so delicious from appearance alone that my spirits rose just by taking one bite and I ate everything without taking a single photo. Lol It's a shop I definitely want to visit again.
View on GoogleThe most delicious! The most accommodating! It's the best sushi restaurant ❗
View on GoogleYou can enjoy refined sushi that shines with craftsmanship. Everything was delicious, but the freshly grilled, piping hot, fluffy, and crispy unagi was especially memorable. (When the unagi was served, the inside of the shop was enveloped in unagi smoke and aroma lol) Koko-konbu (egg-bearing kelp), which I ate for the first time, was also delicious as the dashi flavor soaked through. The chef interacted with us at just the right distance, so even though it was our first visit, we had a fun time. Inside the shop are 6 counter seats and about 3 tatami seating tables for 4 people. It seems to be run by just the chef and his wife. By the way, as a fairly hearty-eating couple, we ordered a 20-piece sushi course (husband added 4 nigiri), 2 alcoholic drinks each, 2 chawanmushi, and fried octopus, with the bill coming to just under 30,000 yen. Cash only. We can't go frequently, but already feel like going again...! Cars can be parked in the space in front of the store, or there is also a parking lot in the back.
