A creative Japanese restaurant run by a master from Okinawa. Without a doubt, it is number one in Hirakata for Japanese cuisine. It's delicious enough to make you wonder, 'Is this Hirakata? Or Kitashinchi?' It's a restaurant with many regulars, but easy to enter. The proprietress is also kind and has an easy-to-talk-to vibe. The 1st floor has counter seats, a tatami area in the back, and a large tatami area on the 2nd floor, so you can enjoy banquets from small to large groups. The recommendation is 'Wagyu no Tataki'. Melt-in-the-mouth deliciousness. Personally, I also love the 'Uzaku', 'Hosomaki', simmered dishes, and sashimi because they are delicious. Takeout is also available. You can choose from the menu, but if you leave it to them according to your budget to put in a bento box, you can enjoy things you don't normally order. A budget of around 5000 to 7000 yen for 2 people is recommended.

Every dish by the master from Miyakojima is exquisite. The Wagyu tataki is delicious enough that everyone orders it. The sashimi is fresh too. There are various hidden sake selections, so please ask Kaori-chan, the poster girl.

All dishes were deliciously enjoyed. But is Echizen Misaki a sake from Ishikawa?

Live conger pike cuisine is recommended in summer, and pufferfish in winter. I hope the state of emergency declaration ends, corona subsides, and business resumes.

Expensive at 2600 yen for 1 draft beer and a 4-item sashimi assortment. Draft beer with coarse and thin foam. The master turns his back to customers the whole time, and the waitress continues chatting with a customer at the end of the counter. Even when asking for the bill, she gets excited with a group seen as regulars and handles it only after finishing talking entirely, making you wait no matter what. The interior has items placed haphazardly. However, the sashimi was very delicious. Other than that, the impression was the worst. I think it's a good restaurant for people who seek the natural taste of ingredients.
