View on GoogleMy favorite shop 💕 Each and every dish is carefully and passionately prepared by the head chef. The photos are taken whimsically every time I go, so there are mixed ones besides what I had today, but whatever you order is delicious. Since only convincing ingredients are stocked, they sometimes sell out quickly. I recommend going right after opening. (Actually I want to keep it secret lol) Since it's run by just the chef and a part-time worker, making a reservation is recommended! Sashimi is a must ✨️ Since it's today's recommendation, the contents changing by day is one of the joys. All fish are fresh and melt away. The 4th and 5th photos look like meat, but they are "Seared Tuna". Your mouth will be full of happiness 1 Of course the skewers are also exquisite! For chicken, the chef carefully selects and stocks only those that meet his standards, so they are plump and juicy, making you think "What on earth was the yakitori I've been eating until now?" lol. The charcoal heat adjustment and seasoning are also exquisite ✨️ I dislike the cartilage texture or binder-like feel of tsukune, but the tsukune here is super fluffy and the charcoal-grilled aroma is the best. Curry flavor is especially my favorite 🫶 In 2026, the menu will be switched according to seasonal ingredients, increasing my anticipation further. The new menu I had this time was also delicious ✨️ ・Garland Chrysanthemum and Pork Shabu-shabu Salad: The combination of garland chrysanthemum bitterness, sesame oil, and lemon was exquisite! I thought of imitating the same combination at home. • New Burdock Root Sauce, Cured Mackerel, Genovese Bruschetta: This is also a surprising combination, but the genovese and cured mackerel acidity match immensely. The sauce also has a good aroma, fluffy and delicious! • Simmered Turnip: Simmered turnip was fried once and then topped with simmering broth. The turnip soaking up soup and soft batter was exquisite. In addition, single dishes, meat, grilled fish, finishing noodles or kamameshi, and final hojicha ice cream are all delicious! I'm already looking forward to the "Green Pea Croquette" that comes out past spring every year 💚
View on GoogleThought it was a yakitori restaurant, but they also have sashimi! It was exquisite ♪ Today there were raw oysters, I was touched! Yakitori is the new recommended negima! Thick meat and plump! Couldn't order duck tsukune, but it's a specialty that is definitely the right choice! Flavor can be chosen from 5 types, but I always go with my favorite Yufuin mustard ❤️ There are also single dishes! Cured mackerel bruschetta is a dish you must order! Today with new burdock puree. The match with olive oil is also spot on, makes you want wine 😋 Truly a recommended shop!
View on GoogleGood atmosphere, luxurious feel, and above all great taste! There is commitment and careful preparation. All dishes are delicious! It was the best ever! Yakitori, duck, kamameshi, max! Also, smoked dishes match rocks and sake! I drank shochu, but there are also many kinds of sake. For a large number of people, all-you-can-drink is available.

After eating heavy chicken dishes, beef umami makes a luxurious flavor change. ⑥ Freshly Cooked Kamameshi Soy sauce-based aroma is amazing. Kamameshi colored by mushroom, burdock root, carrot, spinach vegetables, topped with separately grilled chicken thigh. Piping hot, okoge is also aromatic. If leftover, made into onigiri to take home. Too full, one bowl made into onigiri. ⑦ Asunaro Limited Hojicha Gelato Exquisite combination of sweetness, bitterness, and aroma. Too delicious, ended up eating it hurriedly. Ordered 2 soft drinks.
