The concept of the Din Tai Fung brand is precisely "Xiaolongbao Restaurant". Originating from the long-queuing xiaolongbao specialty restaurant in Taiwan, "Din Tai Fung", the 1st branch in Japan opened in 2005. The interior is styled fashionably so anyone can easily enter, dispelling the conventional image of "Chinese food" and creating a calm taste so even single women can relax. The secret to its deliciousness is the rich collagen-filled soup wrapped in super-thin skin and pork filling. Our xiaolongbao brings together the skills of experienced dim sum chefs, steamed with carefully selected ingredients and a unique method. The feature is none other than the umami soup and the dough skin wrapping the filling...

Located on the 8th Floor of T-Site in front of the Hirakata train station, this is an excellent Taiwanese Chinese restaurant. We were very lucky to get a walk in with 3 Adults and I small child. Service was professional, dishes were a high standard.

Came here at noon on a weekday but some people are waiting for the restaurant. The restaurant was clean and the food was delicious. The portion of 坦々麺 was just right and the 小籠包 was colorful and cute.

First of all, the food was delicious. Service was slow, but then they were busy. The egg drop soup was only warm, not hot. As was the tea. If they fix those two things, it could be perfect.

This restaurant has excellent soup dumplings and mapo tofu! It's also located on the top floor and has city views.
