She apathetically repeated my order back, and when handing over the product there was no thank you, and before finishing with me she started serving the next customer. Throughout, there was a female staff member with a very bad attitude, which was unpleasant.

Advance phone orders are put behind customers inside the shop. Arriving at the shop, several customers who ordered after calling had their turns skipped ahead of mine

The way they packed the bag was so sloppy that when it arrived the soup spilled a ton. Absolute worst

The shop staff are friendly and easy to use. But my stomach cannot be satisfied. Even if I ordered a large portion, it's just so-so??? Maybe the rice portion is small due to stealth inflation? Company policy can't be helped. This is my personal impression.

I went in mistaking it for Hokka Hokka Tei. Naturally, I didn't have the guts to walk out saying... oops, wrong place... so I ordered a Makunouchi bento instead of the Nori Special. However, honestly, the completion level falls far behind Hokka Hokka Tei... This isn't the shop's fault, but I think they should think more about the contents. Also, why is the lighting kind of gloomy and are there too few chairs?
