The original salt ramen was not oily and had a plain taste. 塩つけ麺 was more oily compared to the original salt ramen but both of them were delicious. Compared to other ramen, つけ麺‘s amount of noodles was larger. Umeboshi salt ramen had a light and refreshing taste. They only accept cash for payment. Parking is available in front of the diner.

Had the shoyu ramen, karaage, gyoza and cha-han. I wanted to give everything a try and I was not disappointed. The quality of the food, cleanliness of the store and the demeanor of the staff were all impressive. I will definitely come back again.

Probably affiliated with Osaka's Sotaisho, I think. I've been to the Shio Gensui store in Yodogawa-ku, but this was my first time visiting the Hirakata City store. I went around 2 PM so it was empty, but since I don't pass by this road at night, I don't know if it's usually crowded. For me, the nostalgic noodles and nostalgic fried rice taste were super delicious, so everyone around Hirakata City should go at least once. Next time I'd like to try the karaage.

Had the natural salt ramen for lunch! Light and easy to eat, with a subtle hint of yuzu aroma making it delicious ◎ The free kimchi was also refreshingly seasoned and delicious.

Had the negishio ramen and fried rice. The salt ramen was strong in both oil and saltiness. Yuzu could be noticed lightly. They say you can choose more, so it might be good to choose that. The fried rice was exceptionally delicious.
