We skipped USJ and chose to visit this park instead, and it was a fantastic decision. We went as a family of four (two adults and two kids), and the park was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very kid-friendly. There were plenty of rides suitable for young children, lots of food options, and wide open spaces for the kids to run around. We spent the entire day there and still didn’t feel rushed. Most rides had very short queues, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for families with young kids.

Very fun to go as a tourist. I would have come at 10am and got the unlimited pass as the school kids were out but the longest wait for a ride was 30 min. We definitely got wet on the spinning water ride so maybe save that for last ;) Easy to buy tickets there, you can bring your own food and drinks, lockers are handy but all the roller coasters have small lockers to use while you’re on the ride for free. ¥2000 entry ¥3400 for unlimited rides ✌️

Went to this amusement park with my family during the Dec winter month on the penultimate day in Osaka. Despite being the longest continually operating amusement park in Osaka, Japan (in operation since 1912), the park still manages to draw in visitors. In this technologically advanced era, stepping foot into this place really evokes an old world charm (for those in the SEA region, think Uncle Ringo pasar malam rides), a sense of nostalgia where rides were simple, yet still have a certain amount of thrill (albeit mild compared to USJ) to bring about smiles and laughter to the visitors. As night falls, the park is illuminated with beautifully light displays, with the crowd making a beeline for the Ferris wheel soon as the sun sets to take in the view of the park at night from 80m above ground. Admission to the park on the day of my visit (22.12.2025) was ¥2000 for adult (entrance) and ¥2800 (unlimited rides). Otherwise, you may also just pay the entrance ticket and have the option to go for single rides, like Red Falcon roller coaster (¥900) or Ferris wheel (¥600). The waterpark area was closed during the winter months.

The theme park was very open and quiet. I think we were the only non-Japanese visitors there at the time. It was located in a very peaceful neighborhood, so it felt like one of the most local experiences we had. The entrance price wasn’t too expensive, around $13 or so. One thing that surprised me was that you have to buy tickets per ride. I didn’t mind because it made you think about which rides you really wanted to go on. We rode the Red Falcon, a red roller coaster, and the Ferris wheel. The Ferris wheel stopped at the top for a while and did multiple rounds, which I really enjoyed. I loved the serenity and peacefulness of the park. It was pretty big for a smaller theme park. The kids had fun, and after we finished, we were able to find a nice diner nearby, which was really convenient. Overall, it was probably one of my most memorable experiences in Osaka.

Very calm and pleasant place to be with. Lots of rides for both parents and children. There was an Ultraman 60th Anniversary. You have to buy tickets to enter both theme park and exhibition.
