ひなパンHINA-PAIN (ひなパン)
This is "HINA-PAIN," a bakery specializing in domestic wheat flour and homemade natural yeast located in Matsuiyamate, Hirakata City. Bread-making at HINA-PAIN starts by growing our own homemade yeast. Natural yeast bread rises thanks to the power of yeast present in the natural world. We nurture it slowly and carefully over time, listening to the whispers of the delicate yeast that changes with the seasons and temperature. Using high-quality and safe domestic ingredients for it, our motto is to bake each item with our heart so that customers can enjoy our bread with peace of mind! We are waiting for customers with freshly baked bread every day... There are also plenty of recommended products...

■ January 31, 2026 ─────────────── ・Chewy Melon Pan: A melon pan coated with a crispy, crumbly cookie dough that was recommended to us. The bread dough is fluffy yet chewy and firm to bite. A refined sweetness and melon flavor that spreads in your mouth with no sharp edges, which is very delicious. ... A bakery cafe located about a 25-minute walk from JR Nagao Station. Every bread is carefully made with a gentle appearance. The taste doesn't betray that impression. The homey atmosphere of the shop and the owner's gentle attentiveness warmed my heart, and I spent a cozy, comfortable time.
View on GoogleI visited seeking domestic wheat and homemade natural yeast additive-free bread. I had freshly baked shokupan (loaf bread) and惣菜 pan (savory/side-dish breads), etc. Fully enjoyed the aroma and flavor of domestic wheat. The bread, where you could feel the delicateness of the maker, was very delicious.
View on GoogleIt's a bakery so small you might almost miss it, but fortune is found in places like that. If your timing is right, you can buy freshly baked hard-type breads. The snack and savory-type breads all have a clever twist. Whether you hit upon your favorite bread depends entirely on luck. Once you reach this point, explaining the taste is unnecessary.
View on GoogleWas it last year? I discovered it while taking a walk and bought half a loaf of what I believe was sake-kasu (sake lees) flavored shokupan! That bread wasn't much, but the savory breads and the warm, easy-to-browse interior design were nice, so I'd like to use it again elsewhere.
