I was curious about the red lantern 🏮 near Nagao Station at night. I gathered the courage to visit for the first time this time. It has a Showa era feel which is my favorite atmosphere, and I'm happy with the care from the mother of the owner. First I had the oden. It had a light taste. The stir-fried vegetables had a yakisoba flavor and seasoning that goes well with beer. Next time I want to try eating okonomiyaki. It seems to have been in business for 30 years, so I hope the mother takes care of her health and stays in business forever.

A shop I've been curious about in my local neighborhood where I've lived for decades. I entered for the first time this time, and the peaceful atmosphere was nice and I had a delicious lunch. It was a shop that made me want to visit many times in one shot.

A shop loved by locals, but first-time customers are also welcomed. The origin is okonomiyaki & izakaya, but the menu is rich including set meals. It's a cheap and common-people shop, but I think the cost performance is high.

20 years ago, as I spent my student days in Nagao, this was a shop I frequented as a once-a-month luxury. I can never express enough gratitude to the proprietress at the time who treated me, someone who only ordered okonomiyaki, to rice, miso soup, and even snacks.

Just one word: the best! This phrase suits best ☝️ All the staff have good service and it's a shop that makes you want to come again.
