Visited for the first time for dinner. Starting with amberjack from the chef's omakase course, tuna, sea bream finished with salt lemon, eel, soup served in the middle, squid, abalone, red shrimp, salmon roe, and salmon, he shaped them while watching my eating speed. I tasted it luxuriously with my eyes closed. Also, for extra orders I ordered eel, sea bream, and salmon for a total of 3850 yen, which was quite a bargain and satisfying. The master and mistress chatted happily and the atmosphere was great. I wanted to go again 😊
View on GoogleThe wife chatted along happily so I was able to enjoy the meal until the end. The freshness of the toppings was also good and I was satisfied When I came there were no other customers so I could relax *Omakase 10 pieces costs over 2000 yen even at lunchtime *Abalon and red shrimp come out if you order the omakase 10 pieces (does not come out for lunches under 1000 yen) It's mostly empty even without calling, but making a reservation by phone is kind and certain It's regrettable that there was talk of closing the shop in this generation with no successor. Because of that, I think it's better to go sooner rather than later Parking is on the opposite side of the store and can park about 2 cars
View on GoogleThis is what you might call a renowned, top-tier restaurant. You can enjoy freshly made sushi ordered at an affordable price. The nigiri is very warm, soft, and you wouldn't think it's the level of sushi you can eat for under 1000 yen for lunch. Also, the tea and clear soup that come first are of an incomparable level and I was surprised. Also, the notable thing about this restaurant is that the master's and mistress's demeanor, atmosphere, and phrasing are truly overflowing with kindness. Especially the master's send-off at the exit and the words "thank you very much" really feel like true gratitude, and gives wonderful energy. I would love to enjoy every menu and takeout if I lived nearby.
View on GoogleHappened to drop in, but it was a very good shop. Truly an old-school sushi restaurant, both the kappa maki and nigiri are very delicious! On top of that, it was inexpensive and a very good lunch. The owner couple also have smiling personalities. If a shop like this was in the neighborhood, I'd become a regular.
View on GoogleThe shop is located about 15 minutes by bus from Hirakata-shi Station, about a 3-minute walk from the Suyama-cho bus stop. I ordered the daytime lunch. For me, is the sushi rice vinegar a little lacking? It feels like that. However, the sushi served was extremely satisfying ‼️ I was full. A la carte menu is sushi only. There are no drinking snacks.
