Osaka Hirakata "Fukuro" A Showa-era izakaya that has been around for a long time in the Kawaharamachi drinking district, a short walk from Keihan Hirakata-shi Station. On this day, it was a drinking party with the 6,500 yen chef's omakase course plus the 2,000 yen all-you-can-drink option(^^) Every dish in the omakase course is delicious, and they keep coming until you wonder if that's all! Even a big eater like me got completely full(^^) Sushi, crab, oysters, sashimi, meat, salt-grilled ayu, assorted tempura, and the surprising part was the dancing live spiny lobster. It appeared lively with its shell on and even had a moment where it fell to the floor. The boat platter of sashimi gave us a travel vibe and made it super fun and lively! It's also great that they have hirezake (sake with fin) in the all-you-can-drink option! It really was a satisfying drinking party!

It was such a happiness to encounter such a hit restaurant in Hirakata, where I rarely go! I called consecutively during busy hours for a reservation and to check parking, but their response was very polite. (There is no parking lot, but they told me about a cheap parking lot nearby.) でしたが、造り盛がとても美味しくて、きっとお寿司も美味しいだろうと思ったら、やっぱりとても美味しかったです。ただ、ネタもシャリも大盤振る舞いでとても大きかったので、お腹がいっぱいになってしまいました(^^;; 次回お邪魔した際には、他にも食べてみたいと思ったたくさんのメニューをぜひいただきたいと思います。

I used this place because I heard the fish is delicious. The sashimi, simmered fish, and grilled dishes were all delicious ✨ I'd love to go again. They turned on the heating equipment, but it was a bit tough that the inside of the shop was cold.

The oysters 🦪 were big and ridiculously delicious! Highly praise the deep-fried oysters here! All the fish were fresh and delicious too.
