I usually passed in front of the shop, but for some reason I had never entered. It seems that daytime business has recently ended and it is now open for dinner only. The atmosphere of the restaurant feels like it's from the TV drama "Zetsumeshi Road", and people who like it will definitely hit the spot. Basically all the ordered food is delicious and the cost performance is outstanding. Chawanmushi was especially the best! It's operated by a couple, but I wonder if the food is cooked by the mother? The gentle taste increases the amount of alcohol 😄 I was glad to discover a good shop after a long time. I'll probably visit again soon.

My family often uses this place. Anyway, it's delicious and cheap. Even if you bring growing kids, they can eat their fill. Even if you go drinking with friends, you'll be surprised at how cheap the bill is. Whenever you go, it's fully booked with friendly regulars, so it's best to call and check if it's currently open before going. I don't think table reservations can be made. The tatami room can probably only seat about 8 people. If you have kids, the tatami room is better than the counter. You must try the oden in winter, and we always order the fried shrimp and kamayaki. Really, whatever you eat is delicious!!!!! The curry udon might be a little spicy for kids. It might be hard to enter at first, but when asked about shops around here, this is the 1st one I recommend. Since it's a smoking-allowed shop, when there is someone smoking regular cigarettes, I try to eat quickly and leave the store. The mother of the shop is really warm, making it a shop I want to visit regularly.

Entered past 1 PM. 1 preceding customer. Run by an elderly couple. A super friendly mother welcomed and guided us. As I was about to take a seat, the side dish corner placed on the counter caught my attention, so I peeked at it. Three prices: 100 yen, 300 yen, and 400 yen. There is grilled fish, simmered dishes, etc. Among them, a 400 yen side dish. Hamburger steak and assorted tempura. I'll go with this. As for the rest, from the menu... After thinking a bit, ordered rice (small) and tonjiru. The father starts cooking the tonjiru. Mother called out, "Shall I warm up the side dish?", and I said yes. Waiting about 5 minutes... It arrived! Tonjiru, rice (small), and 400 yen side dish! The serving amount of tonjiru is insane! Mother told me there is dashi under the side dish, so eat it without putting anything on it. Got it, understood! Well then, starting from tonjiru... In a fairly large bowl, ingredients are piled high. The vegetables are mainly bean sprouts, but there is also a fair amount of pork. The miso soup itself is a standard delicious one. It's also good to lightly sprinkle shichimi for a flavor change. Now for the side dishes... Hamburger steak, shrimp tempura, agedashi tofu, Manganji pepper tempura, and simmered eggplant. Quite a bit of volume. The dashi under the side dish tastes like mentsuyu. The hamburger steak has minced carrots mixed inside, making it feel very home-style. Like, if you do this, children who hate carrots can eat carrots! The shrimp tempura is a bit soggy, but it has some flavor. Manganji pepper tempura and agedashi tofu are ordinary. The simmered eggplant has a warm and pleasant taste. Ate it all up and finished. Shokudou with this kind of atmosphere are somehow very relaxing. Well, let's go to work. Thank you for the meal.

I don't usually come around here, but after finishing an errand I wanted to eat tonjiru and warm rice, so I stopped by. At the evening opening, locals came to visit and the mother cooked the food all by herself. I felt that this is a valuable restaurant where you can feel secure and warm by watching it being made. Instead of tonjiru, I was recommended oden, and I enjoyed the oden soaked in flavor. I was greedy with the oden, but it was 1,230 yen and really delicious! Thank you for the meal!

Today I went to Fujisaka Shokudou, which I've wanted to go to for a long time. It seems to be run by a parent and child: a mother with a gentle smile and a quiet yet warm father. There are about 10 seats at the counter. Side dishes are on the counter. Stir-fried vegetables wrapped in egg, Japanese-style dashi tamagoyaki, and oyako-don. My companion ordered oyako-udon. The pre-warmed tamagoyaki comes first. When you put chopsticks into the fluffy egg, chunky vegetables and squid come out from inside. When you eat it with the dashi, the deliciousness drifts through your nose. The oyako-don is small, so for men I would like to recommend adding udon or soba. The taste is top-class among private restaurants I know. The soft chicken yields gushing dashi. The exquisite balance of fluffy egg and chicken is something I definitely want to eat again next time. The oyako-udon also seemed quite delicious. My companion, who is a slow eater, usually eats cold udon towards the end, but this time the bowl was probably thoroughly warmed, and they were able to eat the udon warm until the very end. It's my second time, but among private restaurants I know, it's the top. I'd like to drop by again when I'm near. Closed/Sundays and holidays Business hours 11am 〜 2pm 5pm ~ 9pm
