Nice simple breakfast and coffee. Bread was home made by the nice lady owner.

View on GoogleHirakata City Close to Keihan Gotenyama Station. Since I regularly go to Suwa Clinic near the coffee shop, I stopped by on my way back. The road in front of the coffee shop is one-way (probably) and a bit narrow. The exterior of the shop feels like an old-school coffee shop. The atmosphere inside has a somewhat nostalgic feel reminiscent of the Showa era. The first time I ordered coffee and a mixed juice. Somehow the atmosphere was nice and the slowly flowing time was also nice, so the second time I had lunch. I thought an elderly woman might be running the place alone, but it seems there was another female clerk. I wanted to eat the coffee-flavored shrimp omurice which seems to be the shop's original, but I was told they didn't have it today, what a pity! My mother ordered the fried shrimp set meal and I think I ordered the teriyaki chicken set meal with a drink included. Just like I thought when I came before, it feels like there are more regular local customers than first-timers. They chat happily with the shop people, making it a heartwarming space. As for the lunch, I thought it was handmade and carefully prepared. It tasted like home cooking and was very delicious. However, it felt different from teriyaki chicken? When I think of teriyaki, I imagine crispy skin and a glossy finish, so it didn't feel much like teriyaki~ But it was delicious, though 🎵 It feels like a coffee shop loved by locals, and I thought it would be nice if there was such a coffee shop near my own house. However, since I'm not good with cigarette smoke, it's a coffee shop I'd want to frequent if it were non-smoking, and that's the only disappointing part (sorry to smokers).

You can eat for under 1000 yen, and the drink (coffee, tea, orange, milk) set and further cake set are a great deal. This time I had the sautéed redfish and my companion had the fried shrimp set meal, both come with rice, salad, and miso soup. It was delicious.
View on GoogleIt was delicious! I'm stuffed—✨✨ The miso soup and rice were also delicious—. The sandwiches are fluffy. It seems smoking is allowed, so I think people who smoke will be happy about it.
