Today, I made a reservation and had the Tachita Gozen (Clear soup, Salad, Sashimi assortment, Seasonal simmered dish, Small side dish, Grilled dish, Kosode dashimaki omelet, Seasonal warm dish, Rice, Miso soup, Homemade warabi mochi, Coffee) for lunch. I was able to spend a leisurely and happy time enjoying the delicious food beautifully arranged in an open space and cool-looking tableware.

I am impressed by the seasoning that makes the most of seasonal ingredients and the attentive care. I used it for my mother's birthday, and she was treated with a crane of celebration. Thank you very much. My mother liked it so much that she has been visiting with friends for every kind of anniversary since then. I bow my head in respect to the natural, straightforward tastes, making me understand what a ryotei chef previously said: "Japanese food is just right when it feels a little bit lacking." I had several cups of local sake together with lunch; you can choose according to your preference, from easy-to-drink dry and crisp to rich and satisfying umami. Of course, beer is also available, but pairing it with Japanese sake is recommended.

Had lunch with my parents. The seasoning was very gentle, the restaurant staff were very warm, and we were able to spend a wonderful time. The homemade pudding for dessert is exquisite ❗️
