Amazing place!!!! Very local and traditional. One of the best Ramens I had in Japan. The Chef Aoyama San was very nice and friendly with us. Order the Toripaitan Brown, which is very delicious.

I visited "Mugi to Ramen" in Asahi, Kuzuha. The noodles, soup, and chashu were all of the highest quality, resulting in a supremely satisfying bowl. The soup is mild, and a deep richness spreads throughout your mouth. The homemade straight noodles paired with this soup are smooth, have a great throat feel, and match exceptionally well. Furthermore, the chashu is extremely soft and juicy, soaking up just the right amount of soup to further enhance its deliciousness. The melty soft-boiled seasoned egg, the crunchy onions, green onions, and kaiwaredaikon (radish sprouts) added a refreshing touch that tied the whole balance together, making it of very high quality. When you want to eat delicious ramen around Kuzuha, this is a restaurant I would definitely want to recommend.

This time I ordered the Chicken Chinese Soba ~Seafood Blend~. The clear soup looks light, but it has a solid flavor, which surprised me in a good way. It was a bowl that could satisfy even someone like me who likes heavy flavors. Although it is located close to the station, it also has a parking lot, which is a nice point making it easy to visit by car. I would like to visit again.
