Information updates are made on Instagram. ■ Snappy and plump niboshi noodles [The birthplace of niboshi raw noodles containing niboshi powder] Our noodles are homemade niboshi noodles kneaded with niboshi powder. We blend three types of wheat flour considering the balance of stickiness, flavor, and bite. Because we use naturally derived kansui extracted from natural trona ore, it features a chewy texture. A ramen shop that is right in my hometown, but I had never visited. Today I bought a meal ticket for the rich Niboshi ramen. Personally, I'm not very good with niboshi-based broths, but I gave it a try. Nowadays, prices over 1,000 yen are standard anywhere, but this was just under at 950 yen. Inside the shop, there are table seats and counter seats. The ramen had a niboshi flavor that didn't bother me too much, and it was delicious. The noodles were thin, the soup was piping hot, and the chopped onions were crunchy and delicious. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleThis is my 5th visit or so. I had the "Rich Niboshi Ramen," my companion had the "Light Niboshi Ramen," and we tried the new menu item, "Hira-koro." The niboshi ramen gets brushed up every single time I go, offering a taste that never gets old and is very delicious. And the new menu item, "Hira-koro" (Hirakata croquette), had a crispy exterior and a gooey interior texture that paired wonderfully with the noodles, making it extremely delicious. The interior is also clean, the staff's customer service is good, and it's a place you can totally use for a date, so it's one of my favorites.
View on GoogleA niboshi ramen and tsukemen shop that I'll definitely revisit. The niboshi is even kneaded into the noodles, and the balance of toppings, noodles, and soup is top-notch (◎). I didn't try the SNS-limited menu this time, but I'd like to try it next time. I'm looking forward to the development of new menus!
View on GoogleI've come again this year for the cold niboshi ramen! I came today wanting to eat the limited menu item, but I was told it was in limited quantities and already sold out for this week. Too bad 😖 Still, even if it's not the limited one, it's still delicious! The fried rice is also exceptional ❗️ I'm definitely going to eat the next limited menu item〜‼️ Previous post A manually operated door, which is rare these days 😄 Instead of a vending machine, you hand a tag hanging under the photo of the ramen you want to the reception 😄 After a short wait... the delicious "coooold niboshi ramen" was brought out ❗️ The firmness of the noodles is the best ❗️ The soup stock is also delicious and I slurped it all up. If there was a large size, this is a ramen of which I'd want the large size. When I came last time, I ate the warm niboshi ramen, and that was also very delicious.
View on GoogleI've used this place several times, but using it after a while. Until now, I've ordered the rich niboshi, but since it's cold this time, I ordered the Daimaou and mini fried rice. The ordering method had changed to a ticket machine, but otherwise, there were no particular changes. As for the Daimaou... it was a bit disappointing. With a rating like this, one star drops from here. Because of the spiciness, I could barely taste the niboshi. That said, I didn't feel any special deliciousness in the spiciness either, it was just ramen with added heat. Frankly, I thought adding +150 yen for this was a failure. I have no complaints about the atmosphere or service. Postscript: I tried the limited menu item. The photo is this. As you can see, there was plenty of soup, and chicken thigh meat chunks large enough to be karaage were scattered inside. As for the content, it feels like mapo tofu stamina ramen. The ingredients were large and satisfying, and though I ordered mini fried rice, since there's plenty of soup, I thought I should have gone for a noodle refill (kaedama) instead. Not that I have any complaints about the fried rice rhythmically stir-fried in the kitchen, though. The price will probably be the bottleneck when ordering, but personally, I thought, if it's like this, then this price is fine. By the way, it's usually medium-thick noodles, but the noodle refill will be the usual ultra-thin noodles, they say. I ordered it, and this was also good because the soup easily clung to the noodles.
