The soup was delicious. Since it was a weekday afternoon, I received a free topping service. Thank you very much! I'm not the type to be picky about food, but the noodles looked like cup ramen, which was a bit disappointing. That being said, I'd still like to go again

Visited at noon. I ordered chashu-men. Of course, firm noodles, rich flavor, extra oil. The food arrived in less than 10 minutes empirically after ordering. They treated me to a seasoned boiled egg. Every single topping is so voluminous that no matter how much you eat, you don't get tired of it. Truly addictive. And the shop's atmosphere. It's a pity I didn't know such a great atmosphere of a shop still remained in the Reiwa era. I had never eaten such delicious Iekei ramen. Therefore, I decided with almost certainty to repeat. If I had to name a flaw, it would be the business hours. They are short, so you have to time it right to go.

Went for the first time, and it was delicious. Waited a little bit, It's the kind of place where you wait to be called once seats open up and cleaning is finished. It's run single-handedly, so it can't be helped.

Came with excitement knowing it's a shop trained at Rokkakuya. Big surprise! The soup was super mild. I had imagined something much more wild. But it was extremely delicious. The pile of white green onions had great volume and was a perfect match for the ramen! The gyoza had some undercooked parts, which was a bit disappointing, but the ramen was satisfying.

Visited with 2 infants and 2 adults. It was my fault for not doing research beforehand. There were no table seats and only counter seats, so while I was wondering what to do with the infants, there was one baby chair so it was good. A very rare and happy miscalculation for a small, privately run shop. Bought meal tickets, sat down, and since it was lunchtime, was told there were free toppings so chose the seasoned egg. Originally, they seemed to offer rice for free, but due to the recent soaring cost of rice, it was changed to toppings. It can't be helped, and rather, changing it to toppings is wonderful. You can choose 'soup richness', 'amount of oil', and 'firmness of noodles'. I had the medium-sized soy sauce ramen and my wife had the regular-sized miso. The price is normal, but I thought the chashu bowl was a bit expensive. Locally speaking, it felt a little bit steep on pricing. Both of our dishes were ready at the same time in under 10 minutes. Considering it's run single-handedly managing about 10 counter seats, I'd say the speed is fine. I got extra oil for the soy sauce. Chicken fat? Not sure, but it was flavorful and delicious. The noodles were medium-thick wavy noodles. However, the noodles were short and a bit hard to eat, and slightly clumped together, which was unfortunate. Probably due to the way they were boiled. The miso my wife gave me a little taste of was spicy. Something like chili powder was sprinkled on it, making me cough a bit. People who are bad with spicy things might find it tough. Since it was my first time and I didn't know, I'd be happy if they asked whether we wanted it or not. I thought the chashu bowl could use a little more sauce drizzled on it. The flavor was weak. An ajitama soft-boiled egg would be even better. If possible, finishing the chashu a bit more tender would make it easier to eat and even more delicious. It was a bit dry. The child started fussing midway through, but the master interacted with them a bit, which made me happy. I was afraid of being dismissed or having an unpleasant experience, but being interacted with gave me peace of mind. Overall, it wasn't bad at all, and I enjoyed eating it. Though it's just an impression based on individual preference. I had a pleasant meal, so I count that as a plus. Next time I'm thinking of going to try the salt ramen.
