The difference between the good meat and the disappointing meat was too drastic. The good meat felt like going up to heaven, and the disappointing meat was at a punishment game level, making it exhausting to eat. Both are expensive meats, so it's hard to believe the flavor could vary this much at the same restaurant. I hesitated between 3 and 2 stars... sorry, after rethinking it, it's 2 stars because I hate feeling disappointed by meat I paid over 2000 yen for... The one I thought was the best was the premium loin. The painful one was the sirloin.

An extremely homelike? restaurant. The owner can't hear, but he clears plates and asks, "Want something to drink?" even though^_^ since he can't hear he ends up calling someone else, and the proprietress walks around the dining room with a bright smile greeting people, providing very attentive and pleasant service. There are lots of part-time staff so the service is fast!! However, as written in other reviews, clearing plates is indeed fast. But, the food is served extremely fast so no complaints!! I was even given handmade pickles from the owner as a souvenir and spent a wonderful time. Next time I go, I'll share my thoughts on the pickles.

Although the meat is thick, it has no gamey smell, is tender, and delicious. From the master chef, the proprietress, to all the staff, they watch the inside of the restaurant well, quickly clear empty plates, and change the grill net efficiently. The mountain yam kimchi is a recommendation, and the fruit in the cold noodles changes every season, so that's one of the things to look forward to.

The cost per person goes up compared to all-you-can-eat, but the deliciousness is top-notch! We decided that this is the yakiniku restaurant for our wedding anniversary⭐︎ Many of the staff are older, so it might feel strict, but we had a delicious and fun time.

I don't know if they're busy or what, but hanging up abruptly right in the middle of calling for a reservation, what kind of customer service is that? I'm disappointed. From now on, I've decided to go to Teppen.
