Dropped by for lunch. Since there was no teppan yakisoba set meal, I ordered yakisoba and rice. Rated 20 points from the best in my yakisoba ranking. The noodles were thin and lacked chewiness, there was no seafood, and the vegetables were just the ends. Well, it felt like a Chinese restaurant located underneath a pachinko parlor. It's an environment that's easy to visit, but I couldn't bring myself to bring an acquaintance here. Payment is cash only. Since it's under a pachinko parlor, you won't have trouble with parking.

It is a Chinese restaurant located inside the Kicona pachinko parlor. I had the Chinese-style rice bowl (Chukadon) with a small soup included (800 yen), and it was delicious.

I had the sweet and sour pork lunch. It costs 1,350 yen. It is a town Chinese restaurant located on the grounds of a pachinko parlor. Even though I visited around 1:00 PM, there was a line, and I waited about 10 minutes to enter. There were many staff members working at full capacity, and all the 10+ table seats and counter seats were full. My expectations grew. The sweet and sour pork lunch includes sweet and sour pork, small shrimp tempura, fried chicken, salad, rice, and soup. The set meal is very voluminous. I could feel the history of it satisfying the stomachs of local factory workers, craftsmen, and pachinko players in Higashiosaka. Also, the flavor was not too strong and well-balanced. I ate it all up quickly.

Taste: 5/5 Atmosphere: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Value for money: 5/5 Considering its price range, the sweet and sour pork lunch at Toryumon is unbelievably substantial, and its excellent cost performance particularly stands out. This lunch set is also served during dinner time, which is a nice point as it can be enjoyed not only for lunch but also for dinner. The main sweet and sour pork has an exquisite balance of sweet and sourness and moderate umami, the meat is tender, and the vegetables feel fresh. Furthermore, shrimp tempura, crab omelet, and fried chicken are included in the set, and all of them are elaborate dishes with a solid taste for each item. The shrimp tempura is crispy on the outside and plump on the inside, the crab omelet is fluffy with a gentle taste, and the fried chicken is juicy with concentrated umami. The portion is also generous, offering a volume that satisfies not just for lunch but also for dinner. In particular, being able to enjoy this much content at the same price during dinner time is a big attraction. Smooth service is provided even during busy hours, and the overall impression that the meal progresses at a good rhythm is also favorable. Since you can enjoy high-quality food at a reasonable price, it is a shop you will definitely want to revisit, and a highly satisfying set menu that made me want to visit again next time. (@1,250 yen) Thank you for the meal. 𓐐𓐐𓐐𓐐𓐐𓐐𓐐𓐐𓐐𓐐𓐐𓐐𓐐𓐐 Google Local Guide Level 9 Posted photos: 14,252 Current points: 83,014 Views: 46,258,989 (As of September 30, 2024) 𓐐𓐐𓐐𓐐𓐐𓐐𓐐𓐐𓐐𓐐𓐐𓐐𓐐𓐐

Visited around 1:30 PM on a weekday. There were 2 other customers inside. Ordered the sweet and sour pork set meal. A television is hung from the ceiling, giving the interior a retro Showa-era vibe. The food was served in about 10 minutes. The visual appearance is quite voluminous. As for the taste, the fried chicken has a well-absorbed seasoning and feels more suited for beer than rice. The sweet and sour pork has suppressed acidity, making it easy to eat and goes well with rice. The shrimp tempura is also crispy and very voluminous. Since it is attached to a pachinko parlor, I didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised in a good way. Ample parking space is secured, so I feel it is easy to use and has high performance.
