Great food.

When the kids' drink was served, the cup was slimy with something red stuck to it, so I asked for a replacement. They went into the kitchen, and I thought they'd swap it for a new one, but they just wiped around the outside of the cup and were about to serve it again. When they noticed me watching, they asked for it to be made again. The drink person looked at the wiped cup with a puzzled face like, where's it dirty? But the staff member who took the cup back just said, I wonder why~ to brush it off, with an attitude like they were laughing at me. From the drink person's point of view, I'm the complainer, right? Please keep that kind of attitude and handling where customers can't see it. The yakitori and side dishes were mostly burnt to a crisp too, but I didn't say a thing about that.

Tasty items and not-so-tasty items? Or rather, overcooked? Overall there was a burnt taste... I think how it's cooked depends on whoever's in charge of the grill? so it's probably not like this at every location Order mistake? Misheard? Not sure... seseri and sasami... I meant to order 3 servings of seseri but 3 servings of sasami came, the order button was broken, lots of disappointing things💦 I'm deliberately being harsh because I still have expectations📝

After we sat down, nobody came to take even our first order until we called. Few drinks. Rang the bell 5 times and got ignored. I wanted to say, then just get an ordering touch panel. No bill slip either. I'm never going again in my life.

The way the staff serve food is kind of sloppy When I finished my beer, they asked, "Would you like another drink?" so I ordered a beer. It still hadn't come after 10 minutes, so I canceled it and ordered a mega beer instead, and at checkout the canceled one was added to the bill too. Staff with a lazy attitude, and on top of that, a rip-off
