A tonkatsu shop located in Higashiosaka. Demikatsu is the signature menu item of this shop. The demi-glace sauce is extremely delicious, and the meat allows you to firmly feel the sweetness of the fat, while being free of wateriness or odor, with a moderate firmness. The fat wasn't greasy either, and had no unpleasant smell. The interior is bright and clean, allowing for a pleasant dining experience. Overall, it's a good restaurant with a high level of satisfaction.

3 or 4 counter seats, 4 or 5 table seats. A layout easy to use whether alone or with family. They also have branded pork available for tonkatsu. Since this is my first time, went with the regular loin. Good balance of umami, fat, and coating. The rice portion is modest, but the set meal is well-balanced and satisfying. Parking is the space in front of the shop. Most people with compact cars should be able to park without issue, but larger minivans might be a bit difficult for some. Might go again if I'm ever in the neighborhood.

The large fried shrimp and the tenderloin cutlet topped with demi-glace sauce had great volume and were ridiculously delicious!! And I was happy that rooibos tea was available on a self-serve basis. It goes great with the meal. I'd love to visit again.

A local tonkatsu shop in Higashiosaka, Osaka 😄 There are about 4 parking spaces in front of the shop. The interior is neat, clean, and has a calm atmosphere 😄 A nice point to start with is that the tea served is rooibos tea 😄 The menu is relatively simple, but the feature here is definitely the demi-glace sauce 😋 You can also choose tonkatsu sauce, but if it's your first time, the demi-glace sauce is recommended 😋 Not overly sweet, the rich demi-glace sauce matches the tonkatsu well and was delicious 😋 The shrimp fry is also recommended and has quite an impact ‼️ Thought the cost performance was quite good, and I enjoyed the meal 😋

Single-portion Premium Tenderloin (Haruna Kogen Awayuki Pork) Tonkatsu Set Meal (with salt and tonkatsu sauce) - 1,750 yen I feel like I've never eaten such a fluffy tenderloin before. Truly delicious.
