Long ago, a certain snack bar mama's curry udon had outstanding noodles... I wondered how they could be so chewy, and she said, "I'll tell you the answer to the mystery: it's frozen udon (lol), but the dashi is homemade. That's why it's tasty, right!" That's what came back to me. Super delicious tetchan udon, onigiri, and more. Fuse is a fun place. Forgot to take photos.. I'm drunk.

Whenever I come to Fuse for drinks, this is always where I finish up. The dashi is ridiculously good. I always have the kasu sui. For sides, there's onigiri, dashimaki tamago, and so on.

The dashi seems to be katsuo & ago. Basic standing-eatery style. The noodles are, well, about what you'd expect; as a standing udon place open until dawn, it's excellent. Compared to a proper udon shop it's naturally ??, but compared to the likes of Miyako Soba, it's excellent.

It's a standing eatery. This place is seriously tasty. The noodles are nicely chewy and the dashi is ridiculously delicious. Recommended.
