A slightly sticky, fluffy-gooey style. 5 pieces of uniquely large takoyaki that don't taste bad are 300 yen. A bit disappointing that you can smell a slight fishy/octopus odor likely due to the thawing process, and the plain batter has a slight flour smell. However, the batter itself has solid umami and the overall flavor is quite good. Gave it a ★2 just to observe, but it seems to have the potential for a ★3. Anyway, the menu is diverse: against the 6 basic flavors of source, soy sauce, ponzu, red salt, coarsely ground pepper, and extra spicy sauce, there are 3 toppings each for mayo, spicy mayo, and spicy mentaiko mayo, plus creative takoyaki variations like dashi-tako, plum-katsuobushi, curry salt, yuzu-kosho salt, and about 3 limited-time seasonal products.
View on GoogleI always buy the source mayo. The source is not too sweet and just right, gooey and fluffy, and delicious. 8 pieces for 510 yen. Staff service is pleasant too ◎ Want to eat again. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleThe taste is good so I buy occasionally. There's a small counter and takeout is also possible. Diagnosed with COVID-19 in April, currently (Reiwa 3, April 29) temporarily closed.
View on GoogleCompared to the previous takoyaki shop, I am extremely satisfied with the fluffier, gooier, and larger takoyaki. I used to always go buy them at Keihan in Shijonawate, but since one opened in AEON Konoike, it's very convenient.
View on GoogleThe curry salt is unusual and delicious! Highly recommended!
