An image of this place being usually quite bustling. Just to be safe and standard, I ordered Negiyaki with sujikon (beef tendon & konjac) and pork tama okonomiyaki. The presence of green onions in the negiyaki is big! I thought it would have a very strong crispiness, but it became nicely tender and wilted. Being seasoned with soy sauce is good. Negiyaki is definitely best with soy sauce! The pork tama is also normally delicious. Konamono portions might be slightly small. When I ordered the egg potato salad, it came with a half-cooked fried egg on top. It wasn't what I expected, but this is delicious in its own right, and feels unique to a teppanyaki restaurant. Anyway, the number of menu items is super large. Besides wheat flour dishes (konamono) and yakisoba, there are teppanyaki, single dishes, fried foods, yakiniku menus, etc. It's extensive enough to just normally use as an izakaya. (2025/11/11) Visited for the first time in 8 months. This time with colleagues, totaling 3 people, entering just past 10 PM. Going with a larger group is nice because you can eat various things. At this time there were only 3 other groups of customers, so all ordered items were served quickly, and we enjoyed delicious food without any stress. This time we had beef tendon modern焼き (yaki), negiyaki, 3 kinds of yakiniku, butter oysters, nira-tama (chives and eggs), yakisoba, etc., everything is great. (2025/3/28) My stay on a business trip to Nara was at a hotel in Nagata, Higashiosaka. This okonomiyaki restaurant was introduced to me by the front desk staff as a recommended place. It really is delicious. I had the yakisoba and beef tendon modern yaki, and they were the best. The staff are also kind, efficient, and everyone is pleasant. 2300 yen. Thank you for the meal ✨
